INTERIOR REDESIGN:

Before deciding if your home would benefit from an interior redesign we do an in-home consultation so you can meet us, we can get to know you, your style, what is working for you and what is not, your needs and your dislikes. This will be your opportunity to ask questions before booking your redesign.

CONSULTATION $100.00 (consultation fee due at end of consultation)
REDESIGN: $250.00 per room *
*Multi-room discounts given
*All interior redesigns include a complimentary color consultation
($100.00-$200.00 savings to you)

MOVE-IN SERVICES:

$200.00 per room* (This service is priceless to busy new homeowners)

COLOR CONSULTATION:

COLOR affects how you feel. COLOR can be the common denominator that will give the room a fresh new look. COLOR can solve a variety of decorating challenges, both cosmetic and architectural.

$100.00 (up to 3 rooms)
$25.00 each additional room)

REAL ESTATE STAGING:

Similar to interior redesign, real estate staging prepares homes for sale using techniques proven to help properties sell faster and for top dollar. TAX DEDUCTIONS, in many cases consultation fees and furniture rental for home staging are tax deductible as an expense in preparing your home for sale. Check with your CPA or tax expert to determine if you qualify.

CONSULTATION: $125.00 (If a staging redesign is booked, 40% of the consultation fee will be taken off final invoice when staging is completed)

All home sales have different circumstances. We know this is an emotional and stressful time for the Seller and many fears are triggered. We understand this and will work with the Seller to help ease some of their anxiety. During the consultation we can discuss what the Seller/homeowner needs to do before a staging redesign can happen (for example, we may suggest certain items be packed up in preparation for the move to their NEW home)

REDESIGN FOR RESALE/STAGING OF HOMES: $200.00 per room*
